Our quarterly equipment auctions are evolving to better serve you! We're excited to introduce a new, online-only format for our September and June auctions. This approach combines our decades of trusted auction experience with the convenience and flexibility of online bidding.
While our March and December auctions will continue as traditional live events, our new format provides more opportunities throughout the year to buy and sell.

We've designed this online auction to be the most convenient and flexible way for you to sell. We offer two great options to fit your needs:
Leave It on Location: Keep your equipment right on your property to save on hauling and transportation costs.
Bring It to Our Yard: Drop your assets off at our Fremont, NE, yard and our team will handle pre-auction inspections and all buyer pickup after the sale.
The earlier you consign, the more advertising your assets will receive! The final advertising deadline for this auction is Friday, August 29, 2025.

Please also mark your calendars for our next live auction on December 4, 2025. As a thank you for your continued business, we will host our annual pancake feed from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM before the live bidding begins.
A 7% buyer's premium with a $500 cap per item applies to all purchases.

Auction Premium (Buyer’s Premium) (Applies to All Assets): 7% with a $500 cap per Item
Participation Requirements: Valid Credit Card required for bidding approval. Authorize.net will ping your card for $25.00. This ping will come off within 72 hours.
Sales Tax: Location Determined. Most Locations will be 5.50% to 7% - Sales tax applied to invoice total, including Internet Premium (This does NOT Apply to Titled Vehicles & Titled Trailers)
Payment Options: Wire, Cash, Business or Cashiers Check (No Personal Checks), Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express
Title Fee (if applicable): $25.00 per Titled Unit
Credit Card Convenience Fee: 3.55%
Payments: All payments are due within five business days of the auction's close. We offer several convenient payment methods:
At Our Office: Pay with cash, a business check, or cashier's check at 230 Ridgeland Ave, Fremont, NE. Please note: Personal checks are not accepted.
Credit Card: Call our office to pay over the phone or request a secure online payment link. We do not automatically charge credit cards—you must initiate payment.
Wire Transfer: Please contact our office for wire transfer instructions.
Invoices: The auction company (Jack Nitz & Associates) invoices winning bidders. If you have not received an EMAIL with an attached invoice within 24 hours after the close of the auction, please contact 402-727-8800.
Titled Vehicles, Trailers, etc: Title laws vary from state to state, if the description does NOT have a notation saying NO TITLE, than there is a title for that unit. If you have a question whether something has a title, contact Jack Nitz BEFORE bidding. No matter how you pay, titles are mailed 3 weeks after the Auction-NO exceptions to these terms. Please email heather@nitzauctions.com with how your title paperwork needs to be filled out (Name and address).
REMOVAL of PURCHASES for Assets located at Jack Nitz & Associates: A forklift is available for loading assistance. We will have 2 days of designated loading after the close of the Auction. Wednesday, October 8, 2025 & Thursday, October 9, 2025 from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm as well as Friday, October 10, 2025 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. After this Auction date please contact Auction company about an appointment.
- Loading assistance: Our team is here to operate the forklift and assist with items the loader can safely lift. Please understand that our staff is not available to load items by hand or provide additional manual labor.
- Patience and kindness: We appreciate your patience and kindness toward our staff as they work to assist everyone efficiently.
REMOVAL of PURCHASES for Assets located at Seller's Location: Check with Jack Nitz & Associates for Pickup Location & Contact Information. Each item will be noted in the description if there is loading assistance available at that location.
All Assets must be removed for ALL locations within 14 business days. After 14 days Buyers will be charged $25.00 per day until removed. After 30 days any equipment will be consigned to sell on the next available auction, expenses will be deducted and net proceeds will be sent to the buyer.
The Removal/Transportation of Equipment is the sole responsibility of the BUYER. Any and all methods of lifting, towing, dismantling or any other requirements for the removal and transport of equipment is the sole responsibility of the Buyer. (Ex. If you send a trucking company to pick up a skid loader, make sure they know how to load/drive the equipment, our staff will not assist).
GENERAL AUCTION TERMS
1. The information provided in this catalog is deemed correct, but is in no way guaranteed. We will in no way be held responsible if the information provided to us was incorrect to begin with. While descriptions are believed to be correct, the Auctioneers or owners make no warranties or guarantees as to the genuineness, authenticity of or defect of any items & will not be held responsible for advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies. It is our sincerest intention to provide the potential buyer all the information that pertains to the various items.
2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All Property is offered in 'AS IS, WHERE IS' condition, unless otherwise specified by the Auctioneer. No Warranties, either expressed or implied, will be offered.
3. Once the Item closes, the equipment becomes the Sole Responsibility of the Purchaser.
4. The Auction Company reserves the right to reject the Bid of any purchaser or revoke any/all bidding numbers from any purchase, who in the past has presented a problem for collection to either the Auction Company or Seller.
5. Any/all Purchasers will be expected to rely upon his/her personal inspection or investigation of the property being offered at the Auction, or that of an approved party to Buyer, and not upon any representation of warranty or condition by the Seller or the Auction Company. Seller or Auction Company will, in NO WAY, be held responsible for any discrepancies, damage or loss of any property of Buyer once the Auctioneer says SOLD.
6. Any/all prospective Purchasers will be required to register for a bidder's number with their name, phone number, email, address and provide a valid credit card when registering.
7. Online Bidders will have 5 business days to pay in FULL.
8. ABSOLUTELY NO Equipment will be removed from any location until Settled for. Any/all Equipment left at the Auction Site after the Auction will be the SOLE Responsibility of the Purchaser.
9. All Arrangements for Removal of the Equipment MUST be made through the Auction Company or Seller.
10. Neither the Sellers or the Auction Company will assume any liability or responsibility for transfer costs or damages to the equipment resulting in a loss to the Purchaser, either due to negligence or natural accidental occurrence circumstances. Furthermore, Purchaser will hold harmless both the Sellers and the Auction Company, and their heirs and assigns, from any litigation and/or loss due to any lawsuit brought by Purchaser for any loss that he/she may endure.
11. By making a bid, regardless of how such bid is made, Bidder acknowledges that Bidder has received, read, understands, and agrees to comply with and be bound by the Terms.
12. Jack Nitz & Associates shall not be liable or responsible for any interruptions, termination or corruption of any audio feed, video feed or of any other internet registration, bidding or other online related service that occurs before, during or in connection with the auction sale, regardless of the cause of fault attributable to the interruption, termination or corruption of such services.
13. A Credit Card is required for bidding approval and will be used as a verification tool. Credit cards may be accepted as a form of payment on a LIMITED basis - 3.55% administration fee applies.
