An individual using the Federal Firearms License must be named on the License OR have a letter naming them as an agent for the licensee and signed by the licensee (Form Available from Auction Company). Firearms purchasers from out of the State of Nebraska must have a valid Federal Firearms License naming them on the License OR a letter naming them as an agent for the licensee and signed by the licensee to take possession of the firearm after the Auction. If purchaser do not have the letter naming them as agent of the licensee, the firearm MUST be shipped to the Federal Firearms Licensee’s address. The individual MUST have a valid Driver’s License for identification.
A $ 25.00 firearms transfer fee per firearm will be in effect. Packing charges for Long Guns will be $ 20.00 plus actual shipping charges. The packing charge for a handgun is $ 10.00 plus actual shipping charges.
